TELES and VoIPMONSTER intensify operations in Middle East
TELES, the Berlin based Next Generation Network and Access Gateway vendor has strengthened its five year partnership with Dubai based distributor VoiPMONSTER to help provide the Middle East with dedicated and improved service and consultation.
In March 2010, VoIPMONSTER successfully completed the TELES Certification Workshop for Access Gateway Products, entitling them to provide dedicated full customer service and support to their customers.
VoIPMONSTER's Managing Director, Reza Mamati, explained how regional support would be affected following the certification: "Customers in the Middle East will now have direct access to the complete spectrum of TELES access gateway support. Since completing the intensive certification workshop, we can provide complete technical support to our customers which will be available to them on demand. Our customers stand to benefit immensely from a closer relationship with us, especially as we can now meet even more of their requirements."
Frank Schaedler, TELES VP Service, agrees that customers in the Middle East will gain from this development: "VoIPMONSTER has consistently demonstrated that they are dedicated to providing excellent support to their customers. As our long-standing partner in the region, we are obviously delighted that they can now support their customers with full access gateway service following the certification workshop, and I am convinced that this will also help to raise the TELES profile even higher in the region."
TELES range of Access Gateway products enable service providers, system integrators, and NGN based solution developers to interconnect PSTN, VoIP, and mobile networks. The product line consists of two main families: The VoIPBOX product group provides analog, ISDN BRI, and PRI PSTN connectivity with VoIP and supports all major control and signaling protocols; whereas TELES Mobile Gateway products enable connectivity between GSM, CDMA, or UMTS networks with PSTN and VoIP networks.
VoIPMONSTER will be joined by TELES at their booth (3E30) at MECOM 2010 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE, from May 17-19.
