TELES Class 4 Project in Middle East with Batelco
The TELES VoIP platform provides a whole range of management tools - records call data and converts it for use in billing, offers a reporting and alarm message service and generates graphs outlining traffic flow and trunk usage. The platform can also be used for configuration purposes.
To quote Mr. Peter Kaliaropoulos, Batelco’s Chief Executive, “In March 2006, TELES successfully completed a turnkey project with our company, wrapping it up within 1 month, including installation, project management and training. TELES’ advanced RTP multiplexing enables us to optimize the use of IP bandwidth between our two locations in Bahrain and Jordan.”
