TELES and freenet.de Signed STRATO Contract

TELES and freenet.de just signed the contract concerning selling TELES´ whole WebHosting business area to freenet.de - i.e. the TECT AG with its subsidiaries STRATO AG and Cronon AG as well the STRATO Rechenzentrum AG. The contract maintains the conditions published on Friday and still contains some reservations of consent.
