TELES: Correction of Ad-Hoc Message from 15.7.2005

This information is released in accordance with § 13 section 1 and § 15 section 1 of the German Investor Protection Improvement Act (AnSVG).

In the Ad-Hoc message published on 15^th July 2005 concerning results Q2/2005 we wrongly announced:

      "YTD EBT incl. Discontinued Operations: € 126.4 million".

Correctly, it reads as follows:

      "YTD EBT from Discontinued Operations: € 126.4 million".
