TELES: Further Concentration of Business Activities

This information is released in accordance with § 13 section 1 and § 15 section 1 of the German Investor Protection Improvement Act (AnSVG).

In the interests of a further concentration on those business segments which promise the greatest growth momentum in future, the Management Board of TELES AG has just resolved a sale of the TELES European Internet Academy TEIA in the short term. Several potential buyers have already indicated their interest in the Internet Academy, which specializes in flexible, practical and high-quality further education on all aspects of eBusiness.
