TELES: Comprehensive skyDSL Marketing Partnership for the Turkish Market

skyDSL, TELES tried-and-tested wireless broadband satellite Internet access, will now be marketed all over Turkey. To this end, TELES EuroService GmbH has signed an exclusive marketing partnership contract with CEM Kominikasyon San.Tic.Sti. The skyDSL service, patent-protected and winner of several awards, can be received in the Turkish market covering more than 70 million inhabitants, over a Turksat satellite at the premium position "42° east". A great deal of the over 3 million TV dishes in Turkey is already aimed at this position.

skyDSL is available area-wide within the footprint of the Turksat satellite and offers download speeds of up to 16,000 Kbit/s. In this way, skyDSL provides the opportunity of benefiting from high-speed Internet in Turkey for the first time on a large scale.

As Andreas Krüger, TELES board member responsible for marketing skyDSL, points out, "Particularly in a country like Turkey, our innovative skyDSL service is often the only chance many people have of profiting from western European standards of Internet use, quickly, simply and at a low-cost."

After introducing the skyDSL service to markets in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and now Turkey, TELES will press ahead with marketing the service in other countries.
