TELES: MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG Purchases about 80% of the Satellite Internet Access skyDSL

This information is released pursuant to Section 13 Subsection 1 and Section 15 Subsection 1 of the Investor Protection Improvement Act (AnSVG).

By exercising the call option contract the Swiss venture capital company Mountain Super Angel AG which is listed on the stock exchange (Open Market Frankfurt, ISIN: CH0033050961, www.super-angel.ch).) has acquired the majority of TELES Wireless Broadband Internet GmbH located in Berlin (TWBI). TWBI is operator of the Europe-wide broadband satellite internet access skyDSL (www.skyDSL.de), which uses satellite technology and therefore can cover each region in Europe with a very high speed broadband Internet access independent of terrestrial DSL-supply. The Supervisory Board of TELES AG has also agreed to the option contract respectively to the sale.

As announced in the previous ad hoc shareholders' release from 3.1.2008, TELES is confident of using further synergies with this purchaser and thus reaching a common solid business development in skyDSL business
