backTELES: Call Option Contract with MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG to Purchase the Satellite Internet Access skyDSL
This information is released pursuant to Section 13 Subsection 1 and Section 15 Subsection 1 of the Investor Protection Improvement Act (AnSVG).
TELES AG Informationstechnologien signed a call option contract with the Swiss venture capital company Mountain Super Angel AG which is listed on the stock exchange (Open Market Frankfurt, ISIN: CH0033050961, www.super-angel.ch).
This contract enables the Mountain Super Angel AG to acquire the majority of TELES Wireless Broadband Internet GmbH located in Berlin (TWBI) by the 28th of January 2008. TWBI is operator of the Europe-wide broadband satellite internet access skyDSL (www.skyDSL.de), which uses satellite technology and therefore can cover each region in Europe independent of terrestrial DSL-supply. The option contract is among other things still subject to the confirmation of the Supervisory Board.
Together with this purchaser TELES is confident of using further synergies and thus reaching a common solid business development in skyDSL business.
