TELES AG: Transaction Own Shares

Ad hoc Shareholders'/Press Release in accordance with §15 WpHG

Berlin, April 6, 2009. TELES AG Informationstechnologien intends to sell its own shares at short notice. This will be performed by the stock market. If permitted by the market, all 2,174,493 shares owned, i.e. 9.33%  of the  issued  stock, shall be sold.
