TELES AG: Transaction Own Shares

Ad hoc Shareholders'/Press Release in accordance with §15 WpHG

TELES AG Informationstechnologien announces that all of its own shares, 1,353,222 shares owned i.e. 5.81% of the issued stock were sold at a price of €0.50 to the majority shareholder, the Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, today outside of the stock exchange.
