TELES Results 2008: Correction to results as a consequence of subsequent events

Ad-hoc Shareholders'/Press Release in accordance with §15 WpHG

As a consequence of the effects of the financial crisis on the financial strength of individual customers and/or our holdings, our ad hoc announcement from 1st April 2009 has now been changed to the following audited key TELES figures for 2008:

•    EBITDA:  -10.6 Mio€ (previously -10.0 Mio€),
•    EBIT:  -14.4 Mio€ (previously -13.8 Mio€),
•    EBT: -36.8 Mio€ (previously -35.6 Mio€).
•    Equity ratio: 49% (previously 53%).
