TELES: Q3/2009 – operating loss decreased compared to the previous year's quarter and previous quarter

Ad-hoc Shareholders'/Press Release in accordance with §15 WpHG

Berlin, 24th November 2009. The operating loss (EBIT) decreased compared to the previous year's quarter as well as to the previous quarter.

After an adjustment to the share of sales with our customer freenet, which was included in the previous year’s quarter due to an agreement  concluded during the sale of the former WebHosting business at the end of 2004/ beginning 2005; revenues slightly improved compared to the respective prior year periods.

The key data for TELES for Q3/2009 (in accordance with IFRS, unaudited) can be summarized as follows:

• Revenues: 5.7 Mio€
  (6.1 Mio€ in Q3/2008, -6%),
• Gross Profit: 2.6 Mio€
  (3.1 Mio€ in Q3/2008, -14%),
• EBITDA*: -0.1 Mio€
  (-1.7 Mio€ in Q3/2008, +95%),
• EBIT*: -0.4 Mio€
  (-2.0 Mio€ in Q3/2008, +78%).
• Equity ratio: 41%
  (40% end of Q2/2009)
