In accordance with § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), TELES AG Informationstechnologien is required to publish a document at least once a year that either includes or refers to all information the company has published or made available to the general public during the previous twelve months due to specific capital market regulations (“Annual Document”). Furthermore the document is deposited at The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The Annual Document below refers to the period from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 and additionally until the publication of the Annual Accounts 2010 on October 27, 2011.
