A. Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
On November 10, 2010, Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, located in Berlin, Germany has informed us that, certain voting rights announcements have to be corrected as follows:
1. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of May 27, 2009 (released on May 27, 2009)
The Voting Rights via shares of Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on TELES AG Informationstechnologien have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on May 19, 2009 and on that day amounted to 53,27% (this corresponds to 12.415.277 Voting Rights).
2. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of October 29, 2009 (released on November 9, 2009)
The Voting Rights via shares of Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on TELES AG Informationstechnologien have fallen short of the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on October 23, 2009 and on that day amounted to 48,75% (this corresponds to 11.360.277 Voting Rights).
3. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of November 12, 2009 (released on November 13, 2009)
The Voting Rights via shares of Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on TELES AG Informationstechnologien have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on November 11, 2009 and on that day amounted to 50,64% (this corresponds to 11.800.761 Voting Rights).
B. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sigram Schindler
On November 10, 2010, Mr Prof. Dr.-Ing.Sigram Schindler, Deutschland, has informed us that certain voting rights announcements have to be corrected as follows:
1. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of May 27, 2009 (released on May 29, 2009)
The Voting Rights via shares of Mr Prof. Dr.-Ing.Sigram Schindler on TELES AG Informationstechnologien have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on May 19, 2009 and on that day amounted to 54,79% (this corresponds to 12.768.477 Voting Rights).
54,73% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 12.755.277 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Schindler according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights that are attributed to Mr Schindler are held via the following company which is controlled by Mr Schindler and whose holding of voting rights amounts to 3% or more in TELES AG Informationstechnologien:
- Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
2. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of October 29, 2009 (released on November 9, 2009)
The Voting rights announcement of October 29, 2009 has been withdrawn, as there has been no threshold shortfall.
3. Correction of Voting Rights announcement of November 12, 2009 (released on November 13, 2009)
The Voting rights announcement of November 12, 2009 has been withdrawn, as there has been no exceedance of a threshold.
