A. Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
We would like to inform you that the corrections of voting rights announcements of Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH which have been released on November 16, 2010 are correcting a typing error. The original voting rights announcements from May 27, 2009, October 29, 2009 and November 12, 2009 have announced 1000 additional voting rights on each occasion erroneously.
B. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sigram Schindler
The corrections of voting rights announcements of Mr Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sigram Schindler which have been released on November 16, 2010 are correcting the amount of voting rights which are attributed to Mr Schindler. Due to an incorrect interpretation of section 22 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG the voting rights held by Sigram Schindler Stiftung (1.46%) have not been included.
The announcements from October 29, 2009 and November 12, 2009 have been withdrawn, as under consideration of the voting rights attributed by Sigram Schindler Stiftung there has been no threshold tangency, threshold shortfall or exceedance.
