Sigram Schindler, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on TELES AG Informationstechnologien, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007454902, WKN: 745490, have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on November 11, 2009 and on that day amounted to 50,70% (this corresponds to 11814961 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 50,64% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11801761 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Schindler from Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH .
