Schindler, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on TELES AG Informationstechnologien, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007454902, WKN: 745490, have fallen below the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on October 23, 2009 and on that day amounted to 48,81% (this corresponds to 11374477 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 48,75% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11361277 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Prof. Dr.-Ing. Schindler via Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH .
