Correction of an announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] (share)dated May 27, 2009

On May 29, 2009 , Mr Prof. Dr.-Ing.Sigram Schindler, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on TELES AG Informationstechnologien, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007454902, WKN: 745490, have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2009 and now amount to 53.33% (this corresponds to 12429477 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 53.28% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 12416277 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Schindler from Sigram Schindler Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
